Gravel/MTB Marathon
An 8-week plan tailored for gravel racing and MTB marathon events, and designed to be used immediately before your A-priority event.
The plan includes two options for your final taper week, depending on whether your race falls on a Saturday or a Sunday.

Sportive/Gran Fondo
An 8-week plan designed to build key fitness attributes needed for success in sportives and gran fondos, as well as other similar events such as shorter (4-8H) audax and randonnee events.
The plan culminates in a taper week for your event. There are two taper options depending on whether your race falls on a Saturday or Sunday.

Hill Climbs
A selection of 8-week plans that can be used in the lead-up to the hill climb season, and separate 8-week plans that can be used during the hill climb season itself.
The plans focus on both physical and mental preparedness for racing, and come with a free extract from our Hill Climb Handbook, giving guidance on pacing, and a 30% discount on the full guide.

Cyclocross (CX)
An 8-week plan designed to be used in the lead-up to the start of the cyclocross racing season. This plan works on the key aspects of fitness needed to excel at cyclocross (e.g. VO2max, anaerobic capacity, sprint repeatability), as well as skills like (dis)mounting, barriers, cornering, and familiarity with high-cadences.
We also include advice on how to continue training through the race season, and nutritional strategies for racing. -
Cross-Country MTB (XCO)
An 8-week plan designed to be used in the lead-up to the start of the MTB racing season. This plan works on the key aspects of fitness needed to excel at XC MTB races lasting between 1-2 hours (e.g. threshold power, VO2max, anaerobic capacity, sprint repeatability), as well as MTB-specific skills.
We also include advice on how to continue training through the race season, and nutritional strategies for racing.
