Emma has extensive experience coaching athletes across a range of ability levels and disciplines. She has a strong scientific and quantitative background, which she applies to her coaching practice, holding a PhD in population health modelling, a Masters’ Degree in sports nutrition and physiology, and an undergraduate degree in physics from the University of Oxford. She is a qualified sports nutritionist, and trained in anthropometry (the measurement of body composition). Emma loves analysing training data and staying on top of the scientific literature to identify novel insights and training approaches.
